Your body is designed to be in motion and you need to spend some time exercising, whether it is GiGong, Tai Chi or Yoga, you need some good exercise to keep your muscles and joints working properly. You've heard it before, "If you don't use it, you will lose it!" That is why people who are bed ridden have bed sores, the skin will literally start to rot if there are no movements and bad circulation!

Wealth is a state of mind and to attract wealth, you must give value and provide good service. How much you make today depends on the value or service you give to others?
